Pre-employment requirements include the following:
Drivers License
Photo Copy of Social Security Card
Local Background Check with no criminal history
Certification / License in the practice of Nursing (RN, LPN or CNA)
Print Out of Current Resume (Must be brought during the interview)
Current TB Skin Test Certification
Current BLS Certification Card
Current First Aid Certification Card
Pre employment Physical with no Work Restriction
oAssist in providing direct client care by performing a variety of non-licensed nursing services; and to do related work as needed under general supervision.
oDress residents in appropriate clothing, undress, and bathe residents
oPass meal trays and nourishments, and feed or assist to feed residents.
oPosition residents for comfort and to prevent skin pressure problems.
oTake and record vital signs as requested.
oAssist with transferring residents in and out of wheelchairs and adaptive equipment.
oFollow safe lifting techniques and individual resident lifting instructions and following the 2-person lift list.
oAssist residents to achieve pre-assigned programming goals and to increase their independence.
oParticipate in the maintenance of safe conditions within the facility and other related areas at all times.
oDocument all appropriate resident records before leaving shift daily
oAssist residents to attend activities within the home and out of the facility.

oAttend staff meetings and required in-service training programs
oResponsible for obtaining continuing education units (CEUs) for renewal of CNA certificate, renewing certificate in a timely fashion, and furnishing operation with a current CNA certificate.
oProvide effective and routine oral hygiene.
oObserve residents and report all changes in condition immediately to Nurse Supervisor.
oDocument changes of condition on the back of the daily flow sheets.
oLearn training and behavior goals and objectives for the residents you are assigned.
oFollow all operation and Sanzie Healthcare Services policies including but not limited to: dress code, attendance, safety, and reporting procedures.
oParticipate in any and all tasks as directed by your supervisor
oDemonstrate ability to read, write, and understand English.
oDemonstrate knowledge of procedures and techniques in providing routine bedside care for residents.
oDemonstrate physical strength and endurance to accomplish job duties, especially transferring of residents.
oDemonstrate ability to establish effective relationship with clients, families, and team members
oPossess a current certificate verifying completion of a state approved program must be willing to take a background check and TB screening.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
