- Greet and welcome guests as they arrive at the office - Check-in and check-out guests using practice mangement software - Answer phone calls and respond to patient inquiries - Provide information about dental facilities, services, and procedures offered - Handle patient requests and complaints in a professional and timely manner - Process payments and maintain accurate records of patient transactions - Assist with scheduling patients, coordinating insurance - Coordinate with other offices - Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
Qualifications:
-Dental experince a plus but not required - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Proficient in using phone systems and computer software - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail - Ability to work well in a team environment If you are friendly, customer-oriented, and enjoy working in a private dental practice with a great work environment and home town feel, we would love to hear from you!
