Summary:
Under general direction, performs a variety of clerical duties to maintain the payroll, attendance, and payroll related functions Essential Job Functions:

Maintain records of personnel information, attendance, leave, and overtime, to calculate pay and benefit entitlements using manual or computerized programs.
Responds to all disputes about payments for all team members pay and deductions.
Prepare and verify statements of earnings for employees indicating gross, net earnings, and deductions, such as taxes, garnishments, insurance, and pension plans.
Prepare employee payments and benefit payments by check or electronic transfer Provide information to employees on payroll matters Compile statistical reports, statements, and summaries related to pay and benefits accounts Manage organize and update relevant data using database applications, such as ERP System or other computerized program as designated.
Communicate and provide information by relevant methods internally and externally to assist and enable organizational operations and effective service to connecting groups Interpret instructions and issues arising, and then implement actions according to administrative policies and procedures.
Research and investigate information to enable strategic decision making by others.
Participate in meetings, conferences, and project team activities relating to payroll.
Adhere to stated policies and procedures relating to health and safety and all company policies.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS Required Knowledge and Skills:
Customer and Personal Service - Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services.
Clerical - Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures and systems such as word processing, excel, managing files and records, designing forms, and other office procedures and terminology.
Education, Experience, Certifications and Licenses:
1-3 years experience in working in the Human Resources or Payroll field.
Bachelor's degree preferred Bilingual (Spanish and English) preferred Environmental Factors and Conditions/Physical Requirements:
Work is performed within Dongwon facilities.
May be required to lift and carry items weighing up to 10 pounds.
